    Amazing improvements have been made to the app compared to when I was using back in 2016. Only complaint is that the timer gets glitchy and freezes up during the cool down stretches and it ends up skipping some stretches too. The ones where you’ve got to spend 30 seconds stretching your left side versus your right side. Fix that, and this app will be GOLD.

    I just started working out and I love that when I can’t go into the gym, I can do at-home workouts with the Sweat app. I love the easy-to-understand demonstrations that Sweat provides for us for each workout for the day. I can’t wait to see how I transform in 12 weeks with PWR 1.0!

    It’s really hard for me to focus my thoughts and get things organized, I have been trying to create a workout schedule, meal plan, and exercises to do so I can overcome my lifelong gym anxiety and I just couldn't do it. Someone suggested this app and it just lays everything out for you! I just figure I can make substitutions here and there based on my preferences and am so excited! ♥️
