BEAT FEVER - Music Planet App Reviews

  • Fun but it has problems

I’ve been playing this game for a few months and I LOVE IT! I know what level of difficulty I play on and it’s hard. But every time I’m trying to finish a Interactive Album it puts me on pro. I CANNOT PLAY ON PRO! So I have to intentionally fail on an Interactive Album’s song so I can go back on hard because “you have to be VIP to access all difficulties”. I just want them to strengthen the requirements that determine what level of difficulty you should be at. THEN... this would be a 5 star game!
  • Boring

This game is way to easy and is just overall boring because of it.
  • good concept, bad execution

i really really want to like this game, and it was a lot of fun at first, i like it better than any other rhythm games ive found so far, but once you finish the main “storyline” it feels pretty aimless, i find myself just doing random pvp duels over and over - you can pick a playlist to play through, but if you get stuck or dont like it, now you cant play anything until you finish it or wait for it to expire, or you can replay story playlists you already did over again, if you feel like digging through to try to find that one song you liked again - the game does not explain anything well; there’s a whole plot about beat monsters you can catch and level up like weird DJ pokemon, but even when i tried to care I couldnt figure out how it worked at all - they tell you nothing, its not intuitive, i still dont know what they’re for - if you dont care about the monsters, you still get hit every couple songs with “you have too many beat monsters!” and have to sell some or w/e to make space constantly - really aggressive attempts to get you to spend money; i keep getting pop ups for special powerup packs or something (which are for... what, even??) upwards of like $50 with shamey “MISS OUT ON THIS OFFER??? REALLY MISS OUT?” cancel buttons, which is annoying - and who’s spending that much on an app game anyway? - biggest problem is, after a certain point, it just stops being fun. the difficulty ramps way up from “fun challenge” straight into absolute confusion hell, theres no sense of rhythm anymore, no groove to get into, just frantically trying to keep up with the onslaught of notes blasting you in the face (and if theres an option to alter the difficulty level, i sure cant find it!)

I have seen the reviews saying the game is too hard but honestly I can't relate. This game is the best of all the music games out there it has such good quality it makes all the other beat games look like trash and the storyline is amazing. If you can't go an hour without music like I can't, then this game is for you. I personally believe everyone is having trouble with it because they aren't as devoted to the beat. Honestly if I were a character in this game I would be one of the Beat Monsters. Trust me, if you love music, listen to me: THIS GAME IS YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND.

I’m pressing the notes and it’s still saying I’m losing idk why
  • Slow down there

The game was pretty fun at first. It was nice having a guitar hero vibe. But there was no real tutorial, so I had to figure it out on mine. And by episode 3 the levels have really jumped in difficulty, making it probably impossible to complete some levels. That’s some inhuman notes we have to hit
  • My mobile guitar hero!

Over all I loved the game, although getting to the third interactive album I got stuck on one of the songs for three days and I still couldn’t get passed it. It was extremely difficult and even my friend whom plays games similar to this could pass the stupid song. Maybe it’s just me, but on the third interactive story there is a song that’s to hard for the level it is placed on in my opinion. Also not being able to do a different interactive story/album after you start one until 23 hours is not a nice move. It made me not want to play the game and uninstall it.
  • Too much

I feel like there needs to be 3 buttons. The buttons need to be moved up they too close to the bottom. I wish the game vibrated during long button presses in the in game experiences. All the songs go super fast😅 and have a lot of difficult tricks. Nice songs...
