  • My go-to time tracker

I mange many clients at the same time, and this app really allows me to focus on my work and not time tracking. As I move from client to client in a single day I am confident that my time management is accurate and complete. The export options and cloud service (I highly recommend this optional feature) make generating reports and accessing my time easy on whatever device I am using.

Don’t waste your time if you need to track more than 3 weeks worth of hours. Look for another app. I thought the ads were annoying, but the app was free so I kept using it. Then it stopped me from entering any more time at 21 day. I had to pay $5-10 to keep using it. I exported my time sheets, deleted all the data and would use the app in 21 day increments. This got tiresome. Sigh. I deleted the app. Once it forced me to pay, I lost interest. There are plenty of ways to track my time for free and without ads. Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to get taken.

This app is great! Just input your rate, pay period etc. and it will do the math for you.
  • It’s a 21 day trial

I really like this app and the way it functions but I did not like how it was a 21 day trial and it popped up as search right in the middle of when I needed to record time that was very inconvenient. I was looking for a free time tracker and this one was working for me except for that
  • Great app!

I just use this to keep track of my hours and it’s great that I can add in my breaks. Even shows pay periods which is awesome. I can add other jobs if need be. I’m planning on getting a couple of other part times so this is perfect especially when your paycheck seems off. Great way to keep track of hours.
  • Not enough features

The app is good for what it does, but I really wish it had a few more features. It needs a better way to store data. After data is exported, it should be archived so that it is still visible but not part of the new total hours summary. Looking backwards, it’s impossible for me to tell what I have billed and what is still due. Also, I would like to enable automatic billing periods (monthly). Even just reminders would be helpful.

If this application integrated with QuickBooks desktop it would be a 10 star app keeping it simplicity but ability to export to QuickBooks desktop HoursTracker would be the front runner of everything I’ve looked at so far continuing my search looking for a time tracker for jobs that is easiest this but integrate into QuickBooks for customer jobs
  • This app is rock star!

My question (after looking through the app first) is when I change my hourly wage, will it only reflect the change in the previous & future hours until the next raise?

The Hours Tracker app helps me to keep track of three different jobs that each pay differently. It would be tough for me to be clear about what I'm owed without Hours Tracker. I can set the location so it reminds me to punch in when I arrive, and punch out when I leave. I can even add notes about what I did each day and other pertinent info. It's invaluable to me! I use it every day.
  • Worth every penny. ROI unmatched

It’s been 2 years now that I’ve been using this app & it's truly changed my life.. I highly recommend it to ALL entrepreneurs who are motivated by visual documentation, which serves as a reward.
