  • Best Calendar APP

I've been using it for months and it's the best I've found and I've paid for many frogs along the way! It sync's flawlessly with all devices. 5 Stars!
  • Overall really good- just a few glitches

    By Alliemrn
I’ve been using this calendar for a few years & really like it compared to others. The views & colors really work for me & my life. The only complaint I have would be when using the biweekly option to set up an event (which I need to do for 3 things) it either works for a few of the months, double entries others or completely misses it. So again as a new year has started I went through the entire year checking it, adding & deleting. If the company can fix that- then I would definitely give this app 5 stars!

Great calendar. I wish I could choose my photos for background. Otherwise the best calendar app I’ve tried.
  • Just make sure your info is being saved

Six years ago, my husband was burned over 75% of his body with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. I had every appointment, surgery, setback and accomplishment documented on my PocketLife calendar. Almost two years ago, my daughter took her life. The year prior to this, still using Pocketlife, I documented the appointments and many important dates related to her struggle. And of course, there are all the normal things you want to keep track of like birthdays and anniversaries, doctor appointments and other upcoming events. Well, you know. So I was completely devastated to lose it ALL shortly after my daughter’s death. Every entry was gone, past and future. I had lost what amounts to a diary of our lives. I contacted the guys through email desperate to get it all back. I wanted to talk to them on the phone but I only got emails. Through the emails though, they tried to help me as best they could with no luck. Apparently, the problem was that my Pocketlife was not set up properly to have saved everything when my phone deleted information when I ran out of memory on it. It wasn’t their fault. It was mine because I didn’t have it set up properly to save all my dates and information. Pocketlife is a great App and I still use it. Just be sure you cover yourself. Verify that your phone or iCloud is saving your information in case something like this happens to you. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I really needed to have a live person to help me during that time. Emails are fine for normal questions and small problems but to me this was horrible and I needed immediate help and the voice of someone real. I did ask if I could talk to someone in person and I did relay the enormity of what I had lost and why. And because the emails weren’t helping me like I really needed, I had to take them to other people who could verify that I was following their instructions correctly. The stress during those weeks of trying to get my information back added to what I was already going through. A phone call might have helped me and eliminated all of that. So again, just be sure to verify that your phone/iCloud is already backing up your information so you can enjoy the App completely and with no worries.
  • Finally got to use app for enough time to give a good review!

    By Pabholio
First I’d like to ask these app guy/gals to please BACK OFF asking for a review so fast! I ain’t gunna do it! Not until I get enough time using it so that I can give a review that is worth a crap! That said, I would like to say that “I”, after like forever it felt like, now have found a calendar app that works for me! FINALLY!!! I love the color choices that you get to use to personalize your own calendar, not to mention one thing I’ve been searching for, and that being me and whoever shares the calendar can use different colors so we know just by looking who’s appointment that is that’s coming up! I would love to get into all the things I like about this app but I really don’t want to do all that typing! I like it! I don’t know exactly what buying the upgrade did for me but I got it anyway! Heck yeah I did! I’m sure one day here soon I’ll figure it out! Oh!! Hey! Calendar app dudes! Word of advice... don’t go screwing with it ok!!! Ever hear the phrase “don’t fix what ain’t broke”? Well, don’t “F” with it!! Leave it be! For gods sake PLEASE!!!
  • Surprise! Very Good App

    By drjwr
Having purchased and tried all the big-name calendar apps and found them lacking (Fantastical has no monthly view; Calendars 5 is aesthetically unappealing; Google went ugly and, well, privacy), I was pleasantly surprised by this app. Excellent monthly and weekly/agenda views. Good widget. Clever scrolling of events on monthly view. There is a yearly fee, but, so what? A wasted Starbucks once a year costs the same. Support this developer. Some very minor suggestions that border on mere preference: the weekly/agenda view could use the option to begin on the current day; Settings, especially colour options, could be more intuitive to use; home screen icon could be more sleek and attractive (Lose the pen?); and, someone at PocketLife has a thing for orange — ugh.
