  • Outstanding app! Just hard to navigate.

    The features on the app are wonderful. It allows me to put in specific data to keep track of even the tiniest things. Except trying to learn how to use it and all the features I can use is actually rather difficult. I have to ask the community constantly to help me find where things are and how to use it. I wish the app could help me find everything when you first download it.

    I love this up but I wish I could use it with my Fitbit. I walk a lot during the day and I workout but It’s a hassle to enter steps unless I use my iPhone which I don’t carry with me all of the time.

    Hi you really to add a nursing option because what it said for calorie intake for me is completely wrong. Nursing moms need additional 500 calories. I should be at a about 2100 not 1300 that isn’t sufficient to have a milk supply for my little one.

    This app is the best for tracking calories and it tells you the fats, carbs, and proteins in any food for free, unlike other dieting apps.It also has many different amount options for adding water intake not just 16 or 8oz. Really recommend it for anyone trying to watch their diet.

    I cannot say enough how much I love this app. It really makes me look at my food intake and adjust so that way I can still have foods I enjoy without completely going off my diet plan. Not only that but the free option is still a quality meal and caloric tracker. The gold option (paid membership) is extremely reasonable. At $45 for the full year (compared to $20/month and a $50 cancellation fee with Weight Watchers) this is definitely a better deal with a better quality level. With WW you have to stay on indefinitely because of the point system whereas with MyPlate you can learn to track the food no matter what. I love this app and am excited for the results!!

    I would really like to see the Frequently Eaten foods be more accurate. There are a lot of food I eat that simply never appear in the frequent list. Also, the quantity should follow the frequent food. I am always adjusting the quantity, again and again. This should be a simple learning algorithm to apply.
