Used to love this app. This app was off loaded and I downloaded again recently and it forced a free trial subscription which auto renews in a week for $8/week!! Now I am having trouble cancelling because it’s not showing up on my subscription list. This sounds like a scam and if I am charged, I will make a formal complaint to Apple. What’s going on?

I got sucked into a $8 monthly subscription without even knowing it. I want my money back because all I did was get on the app to check it out then it charged me. I deleted it immediately. This is a scam.

I just downloaded this app and was trying to set up. But somehow it said payment successful and I didn't even know what I'm paying for. And there's no way to cancel the subscription in the app.

Apparently I was being charged 8$ a WEEK for this app that doesn’t even work well, I don’t remember the darn thing ever telling me that I was signing up to a subscription, so I was being charged 8$ week and I didn’t even know. The subscription was canceled but only after I was informed about the subscription that went on for weeks without my knowledge. Not to mention I uninstalled the app but still got charged. Don’t get this, it’s a scam and doesn’t function well, your probably better off just using a real guitar and watching videos online about tuning

This was my go to for tuning my guitar. I regretfully updated the app and now I get to use it as a trial for 7 days then I have to pay $8 PER WEEK??? I don’t want guitar games. I don’t want guitar lessons. I just wanted a simple app for a tuner. Developers, why not create a different app that has the games, lessons, etc. and leave this one as a simple tuner for free?

Such a useful tool, use it all the time. So not worth 7.99 a week. Thank you but I would like $16 back. I feel completely taken advantage of and I would hope you will be quick in your response.

Do not download, auto charges you 7.99 a week. I noticed the charge on my credit card account and immediately called iTunes to have it removed. They can walk you through how to unsubscribe. Apple should not allow apps like this!
